1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and not sharing them with any third parties.

1.2 Account Security: You are entirely responsible for the security of your account and password. You should notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 Deleting Accounts: When you request to delete your account, the App will retain your email address to prevent repeated misuse of free trials. Other personal information will be deleted immediately upon account deletion.

2. Usage Standards

2.1 Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only within the bounds of the law and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct: You may not engage in the following activities:

• Unauthorized access, use, or intrusion into any part or function of the App;
• Creating or distributing files or software that contain malicious code;
• Disseminating false information or content that infringes on others' rights through the App;
• Engaging in any activities that violate public order or harm others' interests.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership of the App: The intellectual property rights of the App and all related content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video) belong to the developers and are protected by law.

3.2 Usage License: Subject to compliance with this agreement, the developers grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the App and its content.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 User Content: The App allows users to upload pictures or videos. User-uploaded pictures or videos must comply with legal regulations and must not contain pornographic, violent, or infringing content. The App is not responsible for any illegal or inappropriate content in user-uploaded pictures or videos, and the user alone bears the consequences.

4.2 Service Provision: The App is provided "as is" without any promises or guarantees of timeliness, security, or accuracy. The App is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the App.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

5.1 Force Majeure: The App is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure factors (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.).

5.2 Third-Party Links: The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. The App is not responsible for the availability or content of these websites or services.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement should be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts where the App is based.

7. Agreement Changes

7.1 Change Notification: We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. The amended agreement will be published on the App and take effect immediately. We recommend that you regularly review this agreement to stay informed of the latest information.

7.2 Continued Use: By continuing to use the App, you accept the amended agreement.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the App, superseding any other oral or written agreements.

8.2 Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be severed from the rest of the agreement, which remains valid and enforceable.

9. Effective Date

This User Agreement is effective as of 5/30/2024 and applies to all users of the App.
